Corporate Social Responsibility

M&M, as a part of its 'Corporate Social Responsibility' programme, comes up with creative initiatives every year to sensitise people towards our environment.

WWF – World wide fund for Nature

We are anauthorized master distribution to sell WWF products through our stores. The surplus generated from this will be spent back for the environment conservation activities.

These programmes coincide with a sale that makes our entire range of high-value goods available at discounted prices. While we offer reduced prices to benefit our customers, we remind them that the value of our Mother Nature can never be discounted.

Two of such initiatives taken by us are 'Go Green', 'Save Water Save Life, 'Eco Ganesha, ' 'WWF-World wide fund for Nature'.


The'Go Green' initiative raised its voice against Global Warming and Cutting of trees. It urged every individual to be proactive by planting a tree and contribute to a better environment. Since 2008, we have distributed 7,00,000 saplings for free amongst its customers to save our Mother Earth.

The 'Save water save Life' campaign was aimed to spread awareness on water conservation. It made everyone realize the importance of our most precious resource by motivating them to save every drop of water.


The'Eco Ganesha' campaignwas aimedalso spread awareness for not using Harmful coloured Ganesh Idols which pollutes water and urged people to use eco friendly Ganesh Idols. They successfully managed to distribute 15000 ShriGanesha idols which were made of clay.
